Gregg S. Truxton
Mr. Truxton attended the University of Florida where he received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration in 1977 and his Juris Doctor degree in 1980. Mr. Truxton is a member of The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. He practices in the areas of commercial real estate and general corporate and business transactions. Mr. Truxton has been named to Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite® representing the top 2% of Florida Bar members. He has also been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine as one of the top 5% of Florida practicing attorneys and by Best Lawyers in America. He has served on the Board of Directors of Lee Building Industry Association and of Builders Care, Inc., which is a 501(c)(3) organization. He has also served on the Horizon Council Business Climate Task Force and on the State of Florida Affordable Housing Study Commission.
Jose A. Bolaños and Gregg S. Truxton formed Bolaños Truxton, P.A. in February 1996. Each brings to the Firm more than thirty (40) years of legal experience. They counsel clients in commercial real estate, corporate law and business transactions, and represent clients in real estate and business litigation. Jose A. Bolaños
Mr. Bolaños attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1976 and a Juris Doctorate in 1978. He practices in the area of real estate and business law, including commercial litigation relating to these matters. He also counsels and assists foreign investors in the commencement and operation of United States businesses. Mr. Bolaños is a member of The Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Bolaños has been listed in the South Florida Legal Guide as one of South Florida’s Top attorneys in real estate, corporate and business law. Mr.Bolaños is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.
