Jeff G. Ward
Mr. Ward attended Colgate University where he obtained his bachelor's degree in 2003. He attended the University of Iowa College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2008. He graduated from University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2009, where he received his LL.M. in taxation. Mr. Ward focused his LL.M. studies in the taxation of business enterprises and real estate transactions and currently practices in the area of commercial real estate law.

Ryan N. Swick
Mr. Swick attended Southern Methodist University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Economics, and Public Policy. He obtained his Juris Doctorate and LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. During his time in law school, Mr. Swick was a member of the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Board. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Business Planning and the Director’s Award in Construction Law. Mr. Swick is a member of The Florida Bar.
