Ryan N. Swick
Mr. Swick attended Southern Methodist University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Economics, and Public Policy. He obtained his Juris Doctorate and LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. During his time in law school, Mr. Swick was a member of the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Board. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Business Planning and the Director’s Award in Construction Law. Mr. Swick is a member of The Florida Bar. His practice focuses on commercial real estate and general corporate and business transactions.
Mina Koochekzadeh
Ms. Koochekzadeh received her bachelor’s degree from Tufts University in Massachusetts where she graduated cum laude as a double major in Art History and Philosophy. Before attending law school, she pursued a career in Art History which included a master’s degree from Oxford University in Oxford, UK. Her professional experience in Art History included working in the Curatorial Department at the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk, Virginia. She later switched paths and attended University of Miami School of Law. In law school, Ms. Koochekzadeh became interested in real estate law and subsequently worked as a real estate settlement and title attorney in Washington DC before returning to Florida. She is a member of The Florida Bar and The DC Bar. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, as well as general corporate and business matters. She speaks Spanish, Italian and Persian.
