Jeff G. Ward

Mr. Ward graduated from University of Florida, where he concentrated his LL.M. studies on wealth management and the taxation of business enterprises, while also serving as a research assistant to Professor Patricia Dilley, for whom he performed research on qualified pension and profit-sharing plans and IRA's.  Mr. Ward now focuses his practice in the area of commercial real estate law.

Ryan N. Swick

Mr. Swick attended Southern Methodist University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Economics, and Public Policy. He obtained his Juris Doctorate and LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. During his time in law school, Mr. Swick was a member of the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Board. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Business Planning and the Director’s Award in Construction Law. Mr. Swick is a member of The Florida Bar. His practice focuses on commercial real estate and general corporate and business transactions
